Production Supervisor

Reports to: Production Manager

Core Responsibilities:

·        The ideal candidate will be a hands on leader, who will effectively deliver a high quality product that is produced cost-effectively, efficiently and on-time.

·        Responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing operation including but not limited to planning, scheduling, staffing, facilities, maintenance and safety.

·        Provides leadership and support to all production areas, supporting 30+ employees in highly demanding operation.

  • Plans and establishes work schedules, production orders and production sequences to meet or exceed the weekly shipment goals.
  • Ensures all employees adhere to production and processing work standards.
  • Identifies source of production variances and takes immediate action to correct deviations.
  • Establish KPI’s and actions to improve.
  • Ensure that all departments and employees are following safety processes and standards, and are maintaining a clean work environment.



·        Engineering degree in either Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical is required!

·        Possess minimum 5 years of relevant experience. .

Senior Software Engineer

Reports to: Software Engineering Manager

Core Responsibilities:

·        Participate in the development of ECI’s next generation software.

·        Develop software for new chemical analysis techniques and enhance existing techniques for current generation products.

·        Troubleshoot, identify and fix software issues reported by customers and ECI’s personnel.

·        Support software release activities including documentation, testing and packaging.

Required Qualifications:

·        Software, Computer Science, Electrical or related engineering degree required.

·        Experience with MS VC++ Programming, Visual Studio, Hardware Control, GUI, MFC, STL, OOD database.

·        Must possess excellent communication skills and ability to work on a team.

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in a full time software development position

Desired Qualifications:

·        Experience with industrial control.

·        Experience with analytical equipment (preferably chemical)


·        Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing and Semiconductor equipment

Manufacturing Engineer

Reports to: Manager of Mechanical Engineering

Core Responsibilities:

I.                 Design to Manufacturing

a.      Establish a robust process for releasing engineering documentation to production.

b.     Liaison between engineering and production to provide all needed clarifications and ensure that production work is executed per design documentation.

c.      Enhance system documentation to include all missing production details to ensure consistent manufacturing of product.

d.     Utilize ERP system and collaboration tools to ensure quick response to production needs.

II.               Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and serviceability.

a.      Establish design and documentation guidelines to increase production efficiency.

b.     Evaluate justification for utilizing outside subcontractor(s) to enhance quality and turn time of production.

c.      Work closely with Service Manager to enhance documentation in an effort to simplify field service work.

III.              Documentation Control

a.      Develop documentation control procedure by improving the currently used process.

b.     Obtain commitments from QC, Engineering, Production and Service to follow the process.

c.      Reinforce the agreed upon process.

IV.              General Responsibilities

a.      The utmost emphasis in the decision making process is the relentless drive to produce and ship perfect quality product.

b.     Log manufacturability issues and develop the solutions.

c.      Collaborate with QC on Corrective Actions.


·        BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field is a MUST.

·        Minimum five years related experience required. Semiconductor industry knowledge preferred.

·        Strong working knowledge of AutoCad, AutoCad 3D, Axapta and Sharepoint is a plus.

·        Must be a proficient analyst, problem solver and solution provider.

·        Ability to drive results quickly and possess attention-to-detail.

·        Strong interpersonal skills necessary to partner with worldwide team members and vendors to implement changes.

Electrical Design Engineer

Reports to: Electrical Engineering Manager

Core Responsibilities:

·        Accountable for maintaining revisions changes, testing and outside vendor support on current PCB designs.

·        Generate wiring diagrams and BOMs from customer requirements as needed for production.

·        Maintain current CPLD and FPGA designs as required.

·        Significant contributor for new designs from concept to production


·        BS in Electrical Engineering is required; MS in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

·        5 + years of precision design experience with focus in design of instrumentation grade products.

·        Electronic HW engineering with PCB and microcontroller design knowledge required.

·        Working knowledge of Schematic capture systems such as ORCAD required.

·        Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus; Microsoft Dynamics – Axapta is preferred.

·        Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration with other team members.

·        Ability to multi-task different projects, work independently and focus on details is essential for success.

R&D Electrochemist

Reports to: R&D Manager

Core Responsibilities:

·        Develop new electrochemical methods for analysis and equipment for implementation purposes.

·        Develop analytical methods for process solutions used in metal deposition and other areas of semiconductor manufacturing.

·        Interface with engineering group to design commercial analyzers.

·        Plan and conduct experiments then write technical report findings.

·        Participate in documenting, testing and supporting equipment.

·        Prepare scientific publications and present work at conferences.


·        M.Sc. in Electrochemistry is required; Ph.D. in Electrochemistry is preferred.

·        Knowledge and experience in electrochemistry is required: plus analytical chemistry skills preferred.

·        2 + years of precision and successful experience are essential.

·        Must possess independent problem solving skills and ability to perform experimental work.

·        Project management and strong organizational skills are helpful.

Stockroom Manager

Reports to: Production Manager

Core Responsibilities:

·        Manage stockroom employees - team of three.

·        Manage inventory, parts and materials for busy electromechanical manufacturer.

·        Re-organize inventory and stock design space due to growth.

·        Prepare ‘kits’ for sub-assemblies.

·        Oversee inventory and maintain minimum levels. Update ERP system to remain current.


·        Minimum 5 years manufacturing, inventory management experience; minimum 3 years supervisory experience required.

·        Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

·        Must possess ERP knowledge and experience. Microsoft Dynamics – Axapta preferred.

·        Successful track record of successful inventory operation in a complex electromechanical manufacturing environment.

·        Robust organization skills, attention-to-detail with strong interpersonal skills will bring success to this role.
