General Purpose of the Position: Assist in developing financial strategies to meet and continue the growth of a privately held global company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the activities of the Accounting Department for the accurate and timely financial management reports including, but not limited to, monthly financial statements and budgets. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, employee expense reports, cash control, payroll processing and total payroll tax compliance.
  • Oversee financial activities and logistics of company international branches and intra-company transactions.
  • Manage corporate income tax compliance to assure the accurate and timely completion of all corporate tax returns taking full advantage of all favorable tax codes.
  • Establish and maintain systems and controls which verify the integrity of processes and data and enhance the Company's value.
  • Report to CEO as assigned with accurate and timely reporting to facilitate Company requirements.
  • Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of reports.
  • Conform with and abide by all federal and state regulations.
  • Responsible for financial planning and forecasting, inclusive of appropriate cost analysis and projections.
  • Performance analysis of operations that drive growth, strategy and profitability initiatives.
  • Oversee all government compliance, sales taxes, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, coordinated external audits and cash flow optimization. 
  • Negotiate financial aspects of contracts with representatives, suppliers, OEMS and customers.
  • Develop strategic pricing for products, parts and service contracts.
  • Preparation and analysis of financial statements.
  • Manage monthly commission reports to representatives, sales and service teams.
  • Implement control systems for determining unit cost of products and services.
  • Prepare cost estimate of new or specialty products for establishing selling prices.

Vice President, Marketing


The vice president of marketing must be a Semiconductor industry leader responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets.

This position is responsible for:

  • Strategy for maintaining the current and developing new markets globally.
  • Development of tactical plans and timelines for existing and new programs and products.
  • Close collaboration with sales, product development and customer support departments on priorities and resolutions.
  • Ensure the best possible new product introductions by effective communications to customers.

Human Resources Director

Reports to: CEO

The human resource director is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function.

Essential Functions

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.
  • Maintain responsibility for company compliance with employment, federal and state legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.
  • Communicate changes in company personnel policies and procedures and ensures proper compliance is followed.
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the company.
  • Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the corporation for positions of responsibility. Identify appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the company.
  • Develop progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance and to provide programs which utilize an employee and company partnership for the short and long-range health and welfare protection of the employees.
  • Develop human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for the filling of the gaps.
