The QualiStream® online analyzer enables tighter control of the wet surface treatment processes in the manufacturing of advanced PCB and IC Substrates. It automatically measures the components in the wet surface treatment tanks and communicates the data in closed-loop with the fab and/or the process tool for optimal replenishment and process control. Several concentration controls can be expanded by selecting various analytical methods depending on your plating solutions.

Automated analysis
Fixed-time elapsed analyses samples chemical solutions and analyzes the chemical solution concentration. Data is transmitted either by USB or external data communication network (optional). The data is calculated using ECI’s proprietary software and corrects the processing solution concentration to the preset value. The sensors and analytical cells are cleaned and readied for the next analysis to begin.
